Went in to just talk to a old friend of mine Mike Thompson the parts guy. Awesome guy at selling parts I will say always on the ball very will to go the extra mile every time. I purchased a back rest for 2021 Street Glide, Mike T treated me with respect, RG's had the one I wanted in stock, the price was good. Mike never tried to sell me more than what I needed.

We had to make an emergency stop here during our bike trip traveling from Pittsburgh to Elkins WV when our shifter linkage fell off of our 03 Ultra Classic on the twisty turns back roads. Realized I had a patch missing on my rear tire after I ride in for the Ride for Life. The service guys got me in changed my rear tire and brakes and had me out in time to make the ride at the first stop. Plus the hooked me up on prices. Great place for good service and prices.

As a new rider I went to the shop not really knowing what I needed. Dudley was AMAZING and helped me pick a bike that fit me based on my skill level and size. He was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and made me feel comfortable the moment I came in. I'm a single mom of 2 girls and he made sure to include them in my buying experience - he even arrange for delivery of my bike after purchase because I couldn't ride it home (I had my girls with me)! All the staff we talked to were welcoming and knowledgeable from the clothing counter to the parts department - I got great advice from everyone! I went in on a Saturday afternoon and worked with Dudley. He was the only sales rep in that day and he was swamped, however that did not stop him from giving top notch customer service without sleazy sales tactics.
